Appointment Policy

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. Although we aim to complete your entire session within the allotted time, tardiness of more than 10 minutes could result in rescheduling. For detailed information on fees, please consult our cancellation policy.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

River Med Spa has a 24 hour Cancellation / No Show Policy to ensure guests can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers’ time.

A first missed appointment will not generate a penalty; we get it, life happens.

Any subsequent appointment that ‘no shows’ or cancels within 24 hours will have the following fee automatically billed to their profile or card on file based on the type of service and time reserved:

30 minutes scheduled: $30

20 minutes scheduled: $50

20 minutes scheduled: $75

40 minutes scheduled: $50

40 minutes scheduled: $100

40 minutes scheduled: $150

We respect our Providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead, and we have a significant waiting list. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps.  We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the us to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy.

Refund Policy

SERVICES:
We do not offer refunds on any services rendered.  Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed.  Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.

PACKAGES:
Clients may not realize the benefit of services provided in a package if the services are not completed.  Nevertheless, a client may be credited for unused portions of a package as follows: (1) Consumed services within a package will be deducted at the a la carte price and (2) the remainder of the package credit may be used for (a) other services, (b) products, or (c) credited to a gift card.

RETAIL:
We do not offer refunds on products purchased.  Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
 
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
No refunds on Gift Certificate purchases.
